Personal statement:
Trauma-Informed Care has become a common theme in therapy and shifts the focus from exploring “what’s wrong with you” to asking “what happened to you”? Trusting me, as a therapist, to hear your story is an honor. Allowing me to come along side you as we explore the emotional, spiritual, social, and physical impact of your journey is a privilege. Providing a safe place to find healing and solutions in the safety of a clinically sound practice is my professional goal. Mother Teresa said “I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot; together we can do great things”. This is my hope - that we can work together to achieve great things.
