Adolphus has been a minister for nearly fifteen years and has counseled families, married couples, and teens. He has collaborated with schools and the juvenile court system to develop programs for the community to help youths and young adults recognize their gifts and inner strengths in order to succeed and learn how to stay focused on their life goals to be successful in this world. The program was created in fall 2009 to help students receive volunteer hours and community service hours ordered by the court system and students needing hours to graduate high school. Adolphus has also been a part of missionary trips for Biblical training and medical relief services in Ghana, West Africa.
